According to Zimoja, the label has faced financial challenges and was compelled to close its Rosebank offices.

Nonetheless, Ambitiouz Entertainment has issued an official statement rejecting these assertions and affirming its unwavering commitment to the South African music industry.
In a press release issued earlier today, Ambitiouz Entertainment confronted the rumors head-on, declaring, “Greetings to our beloved fans, supporters, and those who have eagerly awaited our ‘downfall’ with popcorn in hand.
We regret to inform you that you might need to stock up on more popcorn because Ambitiouz Entertainment isn’t going anywhere.”
