This week, South African Singer, Lady Zamar has disclosed her reason for speaking out about being sexually abused by Sjava whom she was in a relationship with.
Zamar told her truth again about being raped by Sjava on a newly premiered Showmax documentary series titled Unfollowed.
According to Lady Zamar, she claimed her boyfriend urged her to speak out about being raped by Sjava as he was tired of her constant tantrums and pain.

“When I started my boyfriend, I think it was August of that year, he was very tired. He was like I can’t keep listening to you talk about this, you cry every single day, and you are always a mess and every time you’re around people you keep smiling. Nobody knows, so we have to deal with this all the time, so I decided to speak out and say this is what happened,” the singer said.
In 2017, Lady Zamar opened a case of rape against Sjava, who maintained his innocence. The National Prosecuting Authority declined to prosecute, citing insufficient evidence.
