South African influencer and model, Sarah Langa is proud of herself for having resisted the urge to go under the knife when BBL was all that trended.
Taking to Threads, Sarah recounted on a time in her life when she felt insecure about her body. She recalled how she almost fell into the idea of getting a surgery to look a certain way.

Celebrities like Boity, recently opened up about her decision to get her boobs done.
The rapper got candid about her surgery on her timeline, revealing she underwent a mastopexy in late February as she had been experiencing lower back pains, and that having bigger breasts had also affected her outfit choices.

Boity penned a note to her doctor Bruce Lelala who had been supportive throughout her journey since she went under the knife, sharing before and after footage.
“I decided to take the plunge and do a procedure that benefited me in more ways than I thought it would. A mastopexy is a breast reduction and lift. This is a post to thank Dr Bruce not only for his incredible work but for his care and compassion throughout the healing process … from random calls of me stressing to taking out the time to go the extra mile regardless of what I felt I needed to give me peace of mind,” she wrote
