Nonku Williams, the reality TV star, has issued a warning to her ex-boyfriend, Dumisani Ndlazi, also known as Rough Diamond, to cease his harassment of her and her family.
The former couple has been embroiled in a legal battle ever since Williams accused Ndlazi of stealing from her. In response, Ndlazi has demanded an apology from Williams or else face legal consequences.
In a letter drafted by her lawyer, Donovan Reedy of Reedy Inc, Williams made her position clear.
The letter stated, “In light of the circumstances, we are instructed to demand that your client provide us with a written undertaking to cease harassing our client, including any contact with her family or business associates.
Failure to comply with this request will result in legal action to obtain an interdict against your client. Furthermore, should legal proceedings become necessary, we will seek punitive costs against your client.”
Williams’ legal team firmly emphasized that they would not tolerate any further harassment and were prepared to take all necessary steps to protect their client’s interests.
In response to Williams’ warning, Ndlazi threatened to accuse her of defamation. He claimed that he had taken care of Williams’ entire family and even threw a birthday party for her mother.
Ndlazi argued that it was ironic for Williams to accuse him of harassment when her own mother continued to contact him and express her belief that he was the best man for her daughter.
Williams’ legal team, however, dismissed Ndlazi’s claims and denied any allegations of wrongdoing.
In their response, they stated, “Our client vehemently denies any of the allegations of wrongdoing as suggested in your letter. We reserve the right to address these claims fully at the appropriate time and in the appropriate forum, should the need arise.”
Nonku Williams has taken a firm stance in demanding an end to the harassment she has allegedly faced from her ex-boyfriend.
By involving her legal team, she is seeking to protect herself and her family from any further harm. With her lawyer’s support, Williams is prepared to pursue legal action if Ndlazi fails to comply with their demands.
