Generations the Legacy star, Letoya Makhene has made her acting debut on the popular fashion House Of Zwide.

The actress Letoya Makhene, who debuted in House of Zwide on Tuesday, 15 August as a Vogue editor took to her twitter account to thank her fans for the support.
“Thank you all for the love and support and messages congratulating me on my debut role on @HouseOfZwideEtv as the Editor of Vogue Magazine Africa. Here’s to #Love#Life#highfashion and #houseofzwide,” tweeted the actress.

In the fashion drama, Makhene’s character is working with House of Zwide designers to run a feature story about Funani Zidwe (Vusi Kunene). She works alongside actress Nefisa Mkhabela who plays fashion designer Ona Zwide-Molapo, Khaya Dladla who plays a queer fashion designer Lazarus and many more stars.

Makhene also recently bagged a role of a damaged woman Kenzie Miyeni in Netflix film Home Wrecker, alongside Mbali Mlotshwa and Thando Thabethe.

TSZ Mzansi reported in July that Letoya Makhene-Pulumo too a break from acting after she bid goodbye to Generations The Legacy from the desire for personal growth and desiring something more challenging.

The actress made it known that she currently desires creative growth and venturing into futuristic projects where she can harness her talent. ”

“I love film. This is why I decided to leave ‘Generations: The Legacy’ … not because I didn’t enjoy it or I didn’t appreciate the platform that I had.

Even though she captivated audience of the series with her excellent and indelible performance playing the character of Tshidi Phakade on Generations, Letoya Makhene didn’t shy away from admitting that she had an amazing experience while on the show, she expressed readiness to collaborate with different creative teams and work on projects that align with her desires.
