“Every Where Pink: Ouma Rusk Joins The Barbie Frenzy”

The “Barbie” movie has spread its pink imprint on everything since it emerged. We genuinely do mean everything! And now, Ouma Rusk has also gone pink, just when you thought it couldn’t get any more crazy.

The Barbie trend has become extremely popular. Everything has gone pink, including accessories and clothing. Everything has been influenced by the famed doll, from pink Barbie-themed Burger King meals to Barbie Crocs.

The reception has been incredible now that the movie has been released in South African theaters. If you have recently been in or near a theater, you may recognize a “Barbie” moviegoer from a mile away.

It only makes sense that one of South Africa’s most adored businesses Ouma Rusk with an iconic pedigree of its own would join in the fun as everyone was hopping on the pink train.

South Africa’s most well-known rusks—possibly most known for its catchphrase “Dip A Ouma”—recently published a photo of their limited-edition pink packaging.

The flavor of the company’s traditional sliced rusks has mostly stayed the same, but the packaging has not.

The limited edition box is notably pink and has the phrase “I look good in pink” written across it, keeping with the current trend of Barbie taking over the globe.

Even while the fans of all things pink will undoubtedly be lining up to get their hands on one of these limited edition boxes, most Instagram users are buzzing about “Ouma”‘s involvement.
