Seems Zaddy have been indulged in a weight loss journey by going on a healthy diet, regular walking routine, and a commitment to improving his health.

We all know fighting bad habits can be quite difficult, given that so many social occasions revolve around drinking.
Zaddy Swag has taken to social media to suggest a better way to lose weight and how quitting Coca Cola changed his life.
Zaddy made a series of tweets talking about the changes he has seen in his well-being since the shift, from noticing a flatter tummy to being more functional.
“Quitting Coca-Cola changed my life,” he wrote.
In his thread of tweets, Zaddy advised that sleep is very crucial for anyone serious about getting in shape.
In another tweet, he chanted that liquid calories made it more difficult for weight loss, and that his tummy getting back to normal was a major motivation for him quitting Coca Cola, suggesting that it was healthier consuming proteins than soft drinks.
“Quit calories, liquid calories make it more difficult, you don’t have to starve to loss weight, and eat more protein” he said.

He went on to boost that he finds it hard to believe he went without chocolates or cake for one month.
“I can’t believe I haven’t nibbled on chocolate, sweets, or cake in 4 weeks straight, “ he wrote.
