The property belonging to late South African Rapper AKA has been removed by his Landlord from his rented apartment in Bryanston following his demise.
The Landlord terminated the lease agreement he had with the late AKA, following his demise to enable him to give out the property to a new occupant.

The news has taken many by surprise, as people thought the house belonged to AKA. The rapper, before his death flaunted a fleet of luxury cars worth millions of Rands on social media and television when he was shooting his popular show “The Braai Show”
Also, the development will resolve all claims that the house bond which is worth over R4-million, will be settled with money his estate generated from AKA’s life insurance and leased to his nominated beneficiaries.
” It was not his house. He was renting the property and was paying about R40000 a month. I know people thought it was his house because he was driving ” AKA’s close pal said
One of his luxurious fleet of cars was a BMW i8 worth at least R2 and BMW X7 worth over R2.6 million which he bought shortly before his death.

Despite his belongings still in the apartment, the Landlord already gave out the unit AKA lived in, though his close pal disclosed that depending on when AKA’s family will pack his things out, his belongings have been locked up in storage.
The apartment has been occupied by a new tenant since April. The apartment is already taken. The Landlord got a new tenant over a month ago. It was just a normal person, no one famous” AKA’s pal added.
