Emtee, Estranged wife has revealed a shocking revelation many did not know about the award-winning South African talent.
The estranged wife, Chantel Chinsamy of the famous award-winning artist made the disclosure in a police statement filled at the Midrand Police Station in Johannesburg. Chantel opened a case alleging that the singer uses drugs and abuses her.

The statement read;
The complainant alleges that her husband is assaulting her and invading her privacy on social media.
The husband is known as Mthembeni Ndevu, with a contact number (withheld)
The complainant alleges that he is also a drug user.
The drug allegations were not tested in court after Chinsamy withdrew the case before the matter could go on trial.
After the presentation, Emtee however did not make any attempt to challenge the accusations levied against him to the National Prosecution Authority(NPA), and neither requested that the case on domestic violence against him be dropped before the magistrate’s court.

Further more, the singer took to social media denying that he is a drug addict. Emtee pleaded for the withdrawal of the drug case with reasons that it would leave a lasting dent in him.
In his representations, Emtee denied assaulting Chinsamy and wished that the matter could be ventilated in a full trial in an open court where he could have the opportunity to lead his defense and be acquitted.
