Zola Nombona Unveils Her New Lead Role In New telenovela, “My Brother’s Keeper. Zola Nombona is gearing up for the highly anticipated premiere of “My Brother’s Keeper,” just a few days away.
This telenovela is set to take over the time slot of “Gomora,” which is airing its final episode on Mzansi Magic channel 161 this Friday.

The stellar cast of “My Brother’s Keeper” includes Wiseman Mncube, Zola Nombona, S’dumo Mtshali, Lindani Nkosi, Nelisa Mchunu, and Rosemary Zimu.
Other notable actors joining the ensemble are Vuyiseka Cawe, Hlengiwe Lushaba-Madlala, Nkanyiso Mchunu, Sparky Xulu, Raphael Griffiths, and Nthabiseng Kgosana.
The storyline revolves around Nqubeko, portrayed by the multi-award-winning Wiseman, an ambitious son from a mistress who grows tired of being sidelined by his father.
Nqubeko takes a bold step against the rules of ‘ukungena’ by pursuing his brother’s widow, Fakazile, the woman holding the reins of the Shabalala family empire.
However, Nqubeko’s relentless pursuit of power and his desire for his father’s approval lead him into conflict with his four half-brothers, endangering the Shabalalas and their future.
Zola Nombona, essaying the role of Fakazile Shabalala, took to social media to introduce her character. She expressed excitement about sharing the journey and delving into this remarkable character.
