Natasha’s triumph as the winner of Miss SA 2023 extends beyond the crown itself, as she walks away adorned with prizes and sponsorships exceeding an impressive value of R3 million.

Her regal headpiece, the newly christened “Mowana” crown, stands as a stunning testament to her achievement.

Comprised of over 800 stones, this exquisite piece captures the essence of the Tree of Life, or “Mowana” in Setswana.

Among these stones are dazzling diamonds, enchanting gemstones, and the majestic cubic zirconia, with the largest gemstone tipping the scales at a remarkable 15 carats.

This magnificent creation draws inspiration from our rich local heritage. Ursula Pule, visionary creative director and co-founder of Nungu Diamonds, conceived the idea for the Mowana crown during a transformative safari in Musina back in 2019.
