Bongekile Simelane, popularly known as Babes Wodumo, has raised concerns among social media users after she shared a video of herself at a graveyard, opening a bottle of champagne, taking a sip, and spitting it out.

The video, which left many social media users worried about the mother of one, depicted the Wololo hitmaker approaching the graves with her back to the camera.

She then raised her hands to open and sip from the champagne bottle she held in her hands.

In the background, her last song with her late husband Mandla “Mampintsha” Maphumulo, titled “Ngithethelele,” played.

The song in the video featured lyrics from Mampintsha, which said: “Oh, Nkosi, ndicel’uzube nathi, uzube nathi ngaso sonke isikhathi, yize nom’u

sathane ezama ukusilinga nguwe kuphela onamandla futhi siyakudinga” (Oh Lord, please be with us, be with us Lord at all times, even when the devil tests us, you are the only power that we need).

Regarding the song, Babes had previously stated, “We recorded both our albums sawaqeda womabili (finished both), but didn’t release them because we were letting BIG NUZ release first.

When we were done, out of the blue, you requested senze lengoma (we do this song), little did I know it was the last song we did together.
