Mpumelelo Mseleku is preparing to unveil his debut single as he stages a comeback in the music arena.
Following his graduation from Boston Media House in 2019, the Izingane Zes’thembu star ventured into the world of football, spending nearly two years as part of Moroka Swallows FC’s junior ranks.

However, he has now returned to his first love, determined to leave an imprint on the house music scene.
Mseleku shared his motivations, stating, “I am returning to music because it’s my passion and the field I studied for.
Proper preparation is crucial when entering this domain as a music creator. DJing, on the other hand, is more of a natural talent; it remains with you, always.”
The 22-year-old’s upcoming track, “Idlozi,” featuring Mrango, aligns with his spiritual journey as he embraces his calling.
He explained the significance of the song, noting that it conveys the idea that one’s ancestors will steadfastly support them, regardless of life’s challenges.
As the son of the renowned polygamist Musa Mseleku, Mpumelelo has offered his followers an intimate glimpse into his life.
He maintains relationships with two girlfriends: Vuyokazi Nxiweni, who is expecting their second child, and Tirelo, who recently welcomed their first child together—a son.

Reflecting on his approach to expanding his family, Mpumelelo remarked, “I had an opportunity to showcase my lifestyle, which I don’t force. It’s something I grew up with.
I was attempting to create what I humorously call ‘man-made twins,’ as they are just a few months apart, born to different mothers.
My aim is to nurture and expand the family while emphasizing the importance of understanding the dynamics of isthembu.”
