Quinton Jones, Minnie Dlamini’s former husband, marked his birthday on September 12th, and his close friend and former YOTV presenter, Sidwell ‘Psyfo’ Ngwenya, recently shared a glimpse of Jones’ intimate birthday celebration on Instagram.
Psyfo, in a heartfelt post last week, revealed that Quinton Jones had entered the “fourth floor” on his birthday.

He wrote, “Happy birthday to a friend for life! Literally a day 1 (since standard 6 or grade 8 for some of you ).”

Although the exact date of Jones’ birthday party remains uncertain, an Instagram post shared by Psyfo provided a glimpse into the birthday celebration.
In the photos, Quinton Jones can be seen surrounded by his closest friends and family members. Notably, his estranged wife and baby mama, Minnie Dlamini, was nowhere to be seen.
Psyfo captioned the post with gratitude, saying, “A beautiful day with beautiful people celebrating a good friend, Quinton Jones, aka the American Footballer lol!!! Was good seeing your friendly faces.”

Jones’ birthday celebration coincided with a surge in social media attention for him and Minnie Dlamini.

This followed Minnie Dlamini’s cryptic Instagram Stories message on Quinton’s birthday, where she wrote, “If you’re single, have some patience. Your soulmate is almost done with those divorce papers.”
A few days later, ZiMoja reported that the couple was allegedly engaged in a custody battle for their son, Netha Makhosini Jones. To add to the controversy, it was reported that Jones was allegedly demanding R10,000 in spousal support per month from Minnie Dlamini.
