Amo Chidi is back to the screens and has just unveiled the netflix movie ‘Love, Sex, and 30 Candles. Amo Chidi’s devoted fans have been eagerly anticipating her return to the entertainment industry after a brief hiatus.

Now, their excitement has just increased as she takes the lead in a captivating new Netflix movie titled “Love, Sex, and 30 Candles.”

The film revolves around the lives of four close friends in their thirties – Dikeledi, Sade, Linda, and Nolwazi – as they navigate challenges, relationships, and a hidden secret that puts their friendship to the test.

The ensemble cast includes esteemed actors such as Gabisile Tshabalala, Candice Modiselle, Bahumi Mhlongo, Loyiso MacDonald, Lunga Tshabalala, Anthony Oseyemi, and Terence Bridgett.

“Love, Sex, and 30 Candles” is the brainchild of creators Stephina Zwane and Salamina Mosese, promising an enthralling viewing experience.

Fans can mark their calendars for the movie’s Netflix premiere on August 18. Amo Chidi couldn’t be more grateful for the remarkable journey and the incredible team that brought this film to life.

Amo’s artistic journey commenced at a young age, making her television debut as a finalist on SABC2’s singing competition, Light House, at the tender age of 10.

She further showcased her talent as a Top 40 finalist on M-Net’s reality show, High School Musical: Spotlight South Africa, back in 2008.

Beyond her singing and acting prowess, Amo gained significant recognition for her remarkable contributions to the renowned musical show, The African Mama’s.

In 2010, she joined the cast and delivered a memorable performance during Women’s Month at the esteemed Durban Playhouse Theatre.

In addition, she made appearances in various television commercials and also served as a presenter for Design and Automobile on DStv’s Africa Magic channel.

However, it is her portrayal of the beloved character, Reneilwe, on the popular soap opera Rhythm City, that left a lasting impact on audiences.
