Acclaimed International boxer, Floyd Mayweather was in Mzansi as part of his Motherland Tour, which wrapped up on Sunday, 16 July, after starting a day earlier.
The tour kicked off in neighboring Harare, Zimbabwe, on 13 and 14 July. His arrival was marked by a performance of Zulu dancers, which he seemed to enjoy as he welcomed the festivities with a smile.

Floyd Mayweather also hosted a banquet dinner to raise funds for South African youth in boxing through his Youth Empowerment Programme at the Sandton Convention Centre on July 15 where he also supported young boxers.
‘I am proud to honor and celebrate the South African Boxing legends that have paved the way for the youth and left an indelible mark in South Africa and abroad,’ he said.
