Unathi Nkayi took to social media to write a heartfelt message to her son, who turned 17 on Friday, November 26.
The star detailed how her son was born and how she told him she was pregnant with her daughter in the post she shared.

“We stared at each other and didn’t blink for what felt like forever. It was strange for me staring at myself, my twin. Seeing my eyes, lips and bone structure in another human being.”
Unathi Nkayi revealed that his son awoke one day and informed her that she was pregnant with her daughter.
He kept telling her the same thing for seven days straight until she had a check-up, “Low and behold I was pregnant.”
She concluded by thanking her son for loving her and also trusting her”
