Rapper Nadia Nakai didn’t take kindly to Nigerian superstar Burna Boy’s “dead agenda” remarks when he postponed his concert at FNB Stadium in Johannesburg to December 16.
In a now deleted Instagram story, Nadia Nakai shared a snapshot of the post, asking “Am I being sensitive? What does he mean by dead agenda?”
While social media users speculated about the reason behind the postponement, the Grammy award-winning star took to his Instagram stories to assure his fans he will come to South Africa soon.
“I was in South Africa last year and I had 100,000 of the most beautiful South Africans outside for me, so no dead agenda. I will see you again soon South Africa. I love you,” he wrote.
He was expected to start his Burna Boy After Tour at the FNB Stadium in Johannesburg on September 23, but the show was later postponed to December 16.
All of this was short-lived as the musician eventually cancelled the event yesterday.
