Actress Lydia Mokgokoloshi seems to have taken a break off the screen after playing the role of Katlego Peterson’s grannie Koko Manisha in the famous soap opera Skeem Sam.
The South African actress since then has been off the scene and fans have begun to wonder what could have happened to their fav.
A source revealed that Lydia Mokgokoloshi occasionally plays a role in the Skeem Sam soapie, but now takes a minor role in the soapie.
Commenting on the situation, the spokesperson of the soap opera Sumanya Mogolo, disclosed that grannie Peterson will be in and out show as her appearance will be limited.
“She will still be in and out of the story, she just won’t be shooting as much as she used to. our shooting schedule gets really hectic at times and we don’t want to wear her out. She is at a very sensitive age so she needs as much rest, care, and comfort as possible,” she said.
Fans of the legendary actress were relieved knowing that the actress was still alive at least following a rumor that she fell victim to a death hoax in July 2021.
