Disclosed the inspiration behind his show.

“I started creating content on TikTok and Instagram. I’ve always loved telling stories and also just making people laugh.
“The experiences I have had in life being queer, navigating dating as queer, navigating being a grandson and a son, and also the entertainment industry and just being a human in general, I think through all these experiences I have been able to make people laugh.

“The experiences I have had in life being queer, navigating dating as queer, navigating being a grandson and a son, and also the entertainment industry and just being a human in general, I think through all these experiences I have been able to make people laugh and now I want to put a show together that kind of embodies that.
“Also it is just a bit different and has a different flair, so that’s why it has a bit of jazz,” Linda Majola said.

Linda Majola also revealed that one key decision he made is to allow upcoming artists to perform at his show, giving them a better experience.

“I got a band together of highly-skilled jazz musicians I want to give a platform to, and also to partner up with them to give a better experience in terms of comedy. I think the way we are consuming content is quite different. We know how comedians are doing it and they are killing it. People want something short, they want something quick, they want something that has a twist of dancing and singing, and they want versatility in performances.

“They don’t just want me to stand with a mic and a bottle of water on the side and tell a joke. I also appreciate and value people who do that, but I wanted to give people a bit of a theatre experience as well,” he said.
