The former Jacaranda FM presenter and her husband, Dr Musa Mthombeni, were celebrating his recent graduation from the College of Diagnostic Radiologists of South Africa when comments about Liesl’s tummy started circulating online.

In an Instagram video shared on Monday, the Miss South Africa 2015 winner addressed the speculation head-on.
With a touch of sarcasm, she issued a stern warning to those who felt the need to pry into her personal life, labeling them as “attention seekers.” Liesl made it clear that her womb was off-limits and urged people to leave not only her but all women’s wombs alone.
Taking a swipe at those obsessing over her potential pregnancy, Liesl sarcastically suggested that men should use their knowledge of science to create their own wombs and experience pregnancy firsthand.
She highlighted the absurdity of the situation, emphasizing that whether she was pregnant or not (which she clarified she was not), people seemed more interested in being seen and heard rather than respecting her privacy.
Liesl condemned the social media culture of wanting to be the first to report news, even if it lacked any factual basis. She called for an end to the incessant need to invade women’s lives and make assumptions about their reproductive choices.
The beauty pageant queen expressed her frustration, stating, “You guys are honestly and truly starting to piss me off… I am really, really tired of this happening on my posts and on other women’s posts.”
Addressing the trolls directly, Liesl urged them to stop bullying her and to leave her alone. She confidently asserted that she was aware of her own body and weight gain, and she was happy with it.
