South African songstress and dancer, Kelly Khumalo has issued a warning to her followers as a fake account is using her name to try scam people.
The pop star was less than impressed after noticing a fake Instagram page was set up, claiming to be her.
Kelly quickly shut down any speculation that she is associated with the account and has warned her fans not to fall victim to any potential scams.
Taking to her official and verified Instagram page, she shared the fake account with over 20k followers with the caption “ Follow Account at your own risk “
Following the court case involving the singer accused of murdering her ex-boyfriend Senzo Maweni, Kelly has shifted focus to her music career. Besides getting ready to release a new album, the singer is reportedly getting primetime promos from brands again after several brands dropped her in July.
