South African actor, Khumbulani “Kay” Sibiya is currently facing rape allegations. According to sources, he supposedly raped former radio personality, Zukiswa ‘Zookey Zarling’ Vutela. Vutela took to Facebook of the rape and social media has been blowing up since then.
The 35-year-old actor is best known for his role as Ayanda Mdletshe in Uzalo. Since Uzalo, Kay has played other roles and has indeed been famous for it. Safe to say that he has been in the public eye for a rather long time. However, it seems that the attention that Kay is currently getting cannot be seen to be a good one as he is currently facing rape accusations. What’s more is that the accusations are being made by the mother of his first-born daughter, Mia-Mia.

The actor has since denied the Vutela’s claims stating that he is not a rapist and never intends to be one. Additionally, Kay further denied it on his Instagram, saying that these rumors are affecting his small family as well. The icing on the cake is that it seems that Kay is accusing Vutela of spreading fake rumors to ruin his career. Could there be more to their story than meets the eye?

The matter got so out of hand that Kay had to release an official statement explaining the whole situation. He strongly denies all claims made against him and states that he “would like she and her legal team gets in touch with my attorneys”. Yikes!, it seems like Kay is suing her for defamation of character, false accusations and kidnaping.
