Expressing his frustration, DJ Stokie shared a video of his damaged bag on social media, shedding light on the unfortunate incident.
“So yesterday I boarded a flight with Emirates, EK766, to Dubai from O.R Tambo Airport at 21h45, only to have my bag vandalized and all my branded items stolen.
“My sneakers and clothes are all gone. Sadly, this seems to be a common occurrence during baggage checks,” he captioned his post.
As news of the incident spread, DJ Stokie’s followers and fans expressed their sympathy and offered advice on how to better secure his luggage in the future. One commenter suggested, “Make sure next time you shrink wrap your bag; that will help.”
