Nadia Nakai took to Twitter to explain how spiritually attached she has been to God since the death of her boyfriend Kiernan ‘AKA’ Forbes who was shot dead in February in Durban.

The two were madly in love, yet it only took one heinous act to put an end to their wonderful relationship. Nadia said in a tweet that no matter what occurred, she still believes in God’s power in her life.

Tweeting her journey, since the passing of AKA, Nadia wrote, “Even in my pain I see God so much. God knows my anger, but even in that I know he’s got me & always has.

“I see it! I’ve never been more spiritually awake as I am now! I’m leaning in fully! How can I not. I lost the closest person to me & he is there, no way I can turn my back.” Tweeted Nadia Nakai.

Despite losing her other half, Nadia has received a lot of love and support from AKA’s followers. Megacy has been comforting her throughout this trying moment.

Nadia praised Supa Mega followers on Twitter after they created a Twitter Space to discuss and respect their musical legend.
