Makhadzi seems to be in a hot financial situation following a debt issue between her and the organizers of a show.
According to a source close to the situation, Makhadzi will be settling a debt of R80 000 by performing for free at a stipulated time as agreed between the two parties.

On 30th April, the singer was credited R80 000 by the organizers of the event for a performance, in which Makhadzi failed to show up.
The organizers requested a refund but Makhadzi couldn’t have the money after the case was taken to court.
“After she got the letter of demand from organizers, she told them that she won’t be able to pay as things are not looking good for her financially at the moment,” a source close to the situation revealed.
Moving forward, an offer was made that the singer performs for free at another event organized by the organizers. The singer was hooked at the idea of performing for free to settle her debt, but the organizers however say she won’t be added to the poster in other to avoid being disappointed again.

With how things have taken, the hitmaker has a legal commitment to be at the event and perform for free.
Other artists to perform at the forthcoming gig include the likes of fan favorite, Somizi, gospel artist Lebo Sekgobela, Mafikizolo, Afro Pop star Ringo Madlingozi, Boohle, Busiswa, DJ Tira, T-Bose, DJ Kent, Lerato Kganyago and Dladla Mshunqisi, amongst others.
