It seems the rumor mill is at it again, churning out juicy tidbits about singer and reality TV star Londie London. But this time, Londie isn’t staying silent. In a sassy Instagram post, she indirectly addressed the reports about her car, dismissing them as “dirty rumours.”
The speculation began when it was reported that Londie had been gifted a hijacked vehicle by alleged businessman Sphamandla Mabonga, shortly after confirming their split. The media was quick to jump on the story, but Londie wasted no time in shutting it down.

With her trademark wit, Londie took to social media to express her frustration. “So someone wakes up and decides to start dirty rumours!” she wrote, clearly unimpressed by the unfounded claims. And who can blame her? Rumors can be like weeds in a garden, spreading quickly and causing unnecessary chaos.
This isn’t the first time Londie has found herself at the center of attention. Back in May 2023, she had tongues wagging when she proudly showed off her new BMW X5 on social media.
At the time, she graciously thanked Mabonga for the generous gift. But now, with reports surfacing about the car being seized by the police, things have taken a twist.
According to sources close to the investigation, the car in question was allegedly hijacked and belonged to a security company in Eshowe, KwaZulu-Natal. The police are also said to be on the lookout for a Bentley and a BMW i8, which are connected to Mabonga’s ongoing legal troubles.
It appears that Mabonga’s charges stem from a shooting incident that took place outside Tempo Luxury Restaurant and Lounge in Sandton last month. He now faces charges of attempted murder and possession of an unlicensed firearm.
And if that wasn’t enough, the police have reportedly seized several illegal firearms during their investigation.
