Mphowabadimo of Big Brother Mzansi has opened up on her experience of being a single mother a few weeks after announcing the birth of her second son via her Instagram story.

Mphowabadimo disclosed this during a diary section on her YouTube channel. The season 3 winner went back to memory lane narrating how she used to feel lonely and fall sick in her first trimester of pregnancy before she decided to move home to her family for support.

“When the pregnancy started, it was not was not an easy time. It was not a joyous time. but I think me coming home was the perfect thing because it made me focus on my baby differently” Mphowabadimo said.

“There were so many instances where I felt like I was going to have a premature birth because of the stress I suffered in the first trimester of my pregnancy. I was going through it,” she said.

The star also reveled that after birth, she is grateful for life and enjoying motherhood.

“Every pregnancy has taken me on a journey of its own. and with this pregnancy above everything else, I experienced a lot of growth. I went through so many things that shaped the woman you see today. motherhood is priceless, I enjoy every moment” she said.

Mphowabido further stated that though her two kids may have come from different fathers, she wants to raise them happily.

“I don’t want to raise my children as broken parent. I want to raise them as a happy, healthy, free and strong that I am, I am not a single mother I am a boy mom to two amazing boys,” said Mphowabido.
